The Nestle factory in Israel had excellent results over a 3-year period using the S25 model. Descaler then incorporated on their CIP (cleaning-in-place) equipment.
Nestlé, headquartered in Switzerland, is the largest food and drink processing conglomerate company in the world. Their Israel ice-cream factory uses local water supply with a very high mineral content resulting in very hard water and scaling issues that needed constant acids treatments to clean their equipment.

Vulcan S25 installed to treat the factory's hot water tank. The impulse bands are wrapped around their water pipe and then covered with a insulation layer as the pipe location is located outside.
Before installing the Vulcan mineral descaler their hot water tank had to be descaled with descaling acids every 2 weeks due to the significent buildup of mineral scle inside and on the outside of their tanks.
Vulcan S10 installed to treat the cleaning-in-place machines (CIP). Before Vulcan, the hot water pipes would get blocked to the point where production had to be stopped and pipe line replaced.
After 2 months with the Vulcan descaler the internal containers were clean and shiny, their water filtration system were also clean and no acid descling treatments were necessary.
